NOTIFICATION FOR MA/MSC/M.COM EXAMINATION ADMISSION FEE SCHEDULE

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the following dates for Regular / Late College / Private candidates of MA/MSc/M.Com have been fixed for the submission of Admission forms for the Annual Examinations 2010. Examination Admission Forms are available at all the authorized branches of National Bank of Pakistan/Khyber Bank & Allied Bank within the jurisdiction of Hazara University. After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, the forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before the first day of the commencement of examination. The forms, complete in all respects, should reach the Examination Section as per following schedule. Incomplete forms received after the stipulated date will not be accepted.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.            Attach attested copy of DMC of last examination.
2.            Four (4) attested recent passport size Photographs
3.            Original Bank draft/Bank receipt
4.            Three attested copies of NIC/Domicile certificate/father's NIC.
5.            All Heads of concerned Departments/ Colleges are requested kindly to send the Forms of regular/ Late College Students complete in all respects.
6.            Private candidates are required to get their Admission Forms along with requisite documents and Photographs signed from Gazetted officer of the Education Department.
7.            Candidates who have passed their BA/BSc Examination other then Hazara University should submit their original Migration Certificate along with Admission forms.
8.            Incomplete Forms shall not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the risk/cost of the candidates.
9.            Examination Hall will be allotted on the basis of permanent address mentioned in the examination admission form. For those who want to be examined at a place other than permanent address should send their own/parents service/Residence certificate with the form. The certificate should be countersigned by a Gazetted officer.
