Result BA/B.SC Annual Examination,2011 Announced

Office of the Controller Examination, Hazara University Mansehra has announced result of B.A/B.Sc Annual Examination 2011. This result can be viewed by clicking on following link;

It should be noted that results can be searched either by student's roll number or by student's name. Moreover, All Regular/Ex Colleges Candidates are directed to receive their DMCs from their Colleges.

MA/MSc/M.Com Examination admission announced for year 2011

It is hereby notified on this date of March 18th, 2011, for the information of all concerned that the following dates for Regular/Late College/Private candidates of MA/M.Sc/M. Com have been fixed for the submission of Admission forms for the Annual Examinations 2011. Examination Admission forms are available at all the authorized branches of National Bank of Pakistan/Khyber Bank & Allied Bank with in the jurisdiction of Hazara University. After the last date of submission of forms with triple fee, the forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before the first day of the commencement of examination. The forms, complete in all respects, should reach the Examination Section as per following schedule. Incomplete forms received after the stipulated date will not be accepted.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
  • Attach attested copy of DMC of last examination.
  • Four (4) attested passport size Photographs.
  • Original Bank Draft/Bank receipt
  • Three attested copies of NIC/Domicile certificate/father’s NIC.
  • All Heads of concerned Departments/Colleges are requested kindly to send the Forms of regular /Late College Students complete in all respects.
  • Private candidates are required to get their Admission Forms along with requisite documents and Photographs signed from the Gazetted officer of Education Department.
  • Candidates who have passed theier BA/BSc Examination other than Haara University should submit their original Migration Certificate along with Admission forms.
  • Incomplete Forms shall not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the risk/cost of the candidate.
  • Examination Hall will be allotted on the bases of permanent address mentioned in the examination admission forms. For those who want to be examined at a place other than permanent address should send their own/parents service/Residence certificate with the form. The certificate should be countersigned by a Gazetted officer.

This notification has been issued from the office of Controller of Examination, Hazara University, Mansehra. Electronically, it does not require the signature/stamp of the said official. Any errors should be considered omitted.

Notification B.A/B.Sc Annual Examination 2011

 Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Forms available at all the authorised branches of National Bank of Pakistan within jurisdiction of Hazara University for BA/BSc Part-I & II regular / late college / private / compartment candidates for the Annual Examination 2011.
After last date of submission of forms with triple fee, the forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before first day of the commencement of examination. The forms complete in all respect should reach the examination section as per following schedule. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained but shall be held in abeyance till the deficiencies so intimated are removed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.        Attested copies of DMC (Last Exam).��
2.        Three (3) attested recent passport size photographs.
3.        Original Bank receipt (National Bank, Khyber Bank and Allied Bank).
4.        Three attested copies of NIC/domicile certificate/father�s NIC.
5.        Fresh Candidates of BA (Private) Part I are required to furnish original migration certificate of their concerned Board.
6.        Examination Centre will be allotted on the basis of permanent address mentioned in the examination admission form. However, the University reserves the right to allot the Examination Centre anywhere on the basis of the number of candidates in the area. For those, who want to be examined in the place other than permanent address should sent their own/parent service/resident certificate with the form. The certificate should be countersigned by the gazetted officer/ Head of Institution.
7.        Furthermore, those candidates who have applied for rechecking / recounting or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Discipline Committee should also apply as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for out come of their applications.
8.        All kinds of cheating materials, Electronic Devices Mobile Phone, Weapons are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre which can lead to the cancellation of Papers/Examination.
9.        Claims of candidates, to have sent Admission Forms by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled /settled with the postal service by the candidate her/himself�
