Notification B.A/B.Sc Annual Examination 2011

 Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Forms available at all the authorised branches of National Bank of Pakistan within jurisdiction of Hazara University for BA/BSc Part-I & II regular / late college / private / compartment candidates for the Annual Examination 2011.
After last date of submission of forms with triple fee, the forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before first day of the commencement of examination. The forms complete in all respect should reach the examination section as per following schedule. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained but shall be held in abeyance till the deficiencies so intimated are removed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.        Attested copies of DMC (Last Exam).��
2.        Three (3) attested recent passport size photographs.
3.        Original Bank receipt (National Bank, Khyber Bank and Allied Bank).
4.        Three attested copies of NIC/domicile certificate/father�s NIC.
5.        Fresh Candidates of BA (Private) Part I are required to furnish original migration certificate of their concerned Board.
6.        Examination Centre will be allotted on the basis of permanent address mentioned in the examination admission form. However, the University reserves the right to allot the Examination Centre anywhere on the basis of the number of candidates in the area. For those, who want to be examined in the place other than permanent address should sent their own/parent service/resident certificate with the form. The certificate should be countersigned by the gazetted officer/ Head of Institution.
7.        Furthermore, those candidates who have applied for rechecking / recounting or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Discipline Committee should also apply as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for out come of their applications.
8.        All kinds of cheating materials, Electronic Devices Mobile Phone, Weapons are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre which can lead to the cancellation of Papers/Examination.
9.        Claims of candidates, to have sent Admission Forms by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled /settled with the postal service by the candidate her/himself�

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.        All principals of affiliated colleges with Hazara University are requested to kindly send the forms of their regular students complete in all respects.
2.        Late college students are required to get their admission forms signed from the principal concerned along-with requisite documents and photographs.
3.        B.Com part-I forms should be submitted with a copy of inter certificate or diploma in commerce and respective DMC's
4.        Fresh candidates of B.Com part-I whose original migration certificates are still awaited will submit original migration certificate along-with admission form.
5.        B.Com part-II forms should be submitted with copies of part-I DMC's.
6.        Attested copy of DMC P-I (for Compartment).
  1. Attested copy of DMC P-II (for Compartment).
8.        After the expiry last date of submission of forms with tripple fee the form will be accepted with additional fine of Rs. 500/-for every 15 days or a maximum of Rs. 2000/- till two weeks prior to the first date of commencement of examinations.
9.        Fee should be deposited through University receipt of NBP/Khyber Bank and Allied Bank in favour of Treasurer Hazara University.
  1. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the risk / cost of the candidate / college.

Date Sheet Final Term Examination 2010 - Microbiology

Examination schedule for Final Term for Department of Microbiology at Hazara University, Garden Campus Mansehra has been announced. Detailed schedule can be downloaded it from here.

Special Instructions for Examination: Cell phones, Folders, Electronic Aid, Bags, Text Books, Notes and other material which can help a student in solving paper fall in the category of prohibited examination aid. If captured such material by invigilating staff, its damage/loss will not be the responsibility of the university and the same will be kept for record being a UFM support material under Hazara university semester rules and regulation article 15.20

General Instructions:  
  1. Both the Examination form & fee must be deposited within due date.
  2. Late and incomplete forms will not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the risk and cost of the candidate.
  3. Fee should be deposited through University receipt of NBP in favour of Director Finance Hazara University, Mansehra. Fee sent through money order/Bank draft shall not be entertained.
  4. Candidate appearing for the first time in BEd Examination should attach original migration certificate.
  5. Reappear / Failed candidates of Annual Examination 2007, are required to attached current DMC's with admission forms.
  6. The candidates must fulfil the conditions mentioned on the admission form.
