Notification B.A/B.Sc Annual Examination 2011

 Applications are invited on prescribed Examination Admission Forms available at all the authorised branches of National Bank of Pakistan within jurisdiction of Hazara University for BA/BSc Part-I & II regular / late college / private / compartment candidates for the Annual Examination 2011.
After last date of submission of forms with triple fee, the forms will be accepted with an additional fine of Rs. 500/- for each spell of 15 days till 15 days before first day of the commencement of examination. The forms complete in all respect should reach the examination section as per following schedule. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained but shall be held in abeyance till the deficiencies so intimated are removed.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.        Attested copies of DMC (Last Exam).��
2.        Three (3) attested recent passport size photographs.
3.        Original Bank receipt (National Bank, Khyber Bank and Allied Bank).
4.        Three attested copies of NIC/domicile certificate/father�s NIC.
5.        Fresh Candidates of BA (Private) Part I are required to furnish original migration certificate of their concerned Board.
6.        Examination Centre will be allotted on the basis of permanent address mentioned in the examination admission form. However, the University reserves the right to allot the Examination Centre anywhere on the basis of the number of candidates in the area. For those, who want to be examined in the place other than permanent address should sent their own/parent service/resident certificate with the form. The certificate should be countersigned by the gazetted officer/ Head of Institution.
7.        Furthermore, those candidates who have applied for rechecking / recounting or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Discipline Committee should also apply as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for out come of their applications.
8.        All kinds of cheating materials, Electronic Devices Mobile Phone, Weapons are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre which can lead to the cancellation of Papers/Examination.
9.        Claims of candidates, to have sent Admission Forms by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled /settled with the postal service by the candidate her/himself�
