Notification: B.Com Annual Examination 2011

It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that schedule for submission of Examination Admission forms for Regular / Late College students of B.Com part-I, part-II Annual Examination 2011 is as under.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

1.        All principals of affiliated colleges with Hazara University are requested to kindly send the forms of their regular students complete in all respects.
2.        Late college students are required to get their admission forms signed from the principal concerned along-with requisite documents and photographs.
3.        B.Com part-I forms should be submitted with a copy of inter certificate or diploma in commerce and respective DMC's
4.        Fresh candidates of B.Com part-I whose original migration certificates are still awaited will submit original migration certificate along-with admission form.
5.        B.Com part-II forms should be submitted with copies of part-I DMC's.
6.        Attested copy of DMC P-I (for Compartment).

8.        After the expiry last date of submission of forms with tripple fee the form will be accepted with additional fine of Rs. 500/-for every 15 days or a maximum of Rs. 2000/- till two weeks prior to the first date of commencement of examinations.
9.        Fee should be deposited through University receipt of NBP/Khyber Bank and Allied Bank in favour of Treasurer Hazara University.
  1. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained in any case and will be returned at the risk / cost of the candidate / college.
  2. Furthermore, those candidates who have applied for rechecking / recounting or have submitted appeals against the decision of the Examination Discipline Committee should also apply as per aforementioned schedule and should not wait for out come of their applications.
  3. All kinds of cheating materials, Electronic Devices Mobile Phone, Weapons are strictly prohibited in the Examination Centre which can lead to the cancellation of Papers/Examination.
  4. Claims of candidates, to have sent Admission Forms by post but not received at the Examination Section shall neither be considered valid nor be entertained. It shall be tackled /settled with the postal service by the candidate her/himself
